My Tech History

We are to assemble a list of software and hardware that we used as we grew up.

My first machine was a Super Nintendo, we played Mario on it often.
Then i acquired a Game Boy Pocket, with yellow version.
Next was the original PlayStation, which i used for many years.
I got my first taste of a computer with my fathers first dinosaur, 1999 we had a computer with Windows 98.
I was roughly 5-6 and i remember playing with the Art programs, and Minesweeper.
My own first computer was all-in-one Mac that ran Jaguar. My first prolonged experience with an Apple product....
the beginning of a long distasteful relationship. Only thing I ever used it for was iTunes.
I got an I pod Shuffle,
Then we got our first Laptop at the house, with windows XP.
Around this time I began playing W.O.W. on private servers and such. Couldn't afford retail.
My parent went through three or four older computers during this time, which I was supposed to be in charge of maintaining.
My PlayStation 2 which I had for many years,
As well as a GameCube I got for Christmas one year.
Then finally I got my X-Box 360. After being on all sides of the console war, I must say Microsoft is the better of the three...
My Father always said if I wanted a cell phone then I had to buy it myself, here is the line of progression through my phones.

LG flip-phone
LG EN-V
Droid 2 Global
Droid X
Droid 2 Global
Droid 3
Droid DNA

Kinda like my Droids lol

Had my first typing class was when I was in second grade.
First Computers lab was in Fifth grade, I learned how to use Word and PowerPoint etc.
Continued taking computer classes all through school from that point on.
Very briefly had a MySpace, but deleted it soon after,
I decided that I did not want to be part of Social Media, that I would rather be one of the few who abstained.
Took two C.A.D. (Computer Aided Drafting) classes in High School, I learned a lot about design and how things are created using a computer.
My own first computer, (excluding the Mac, which never saw the internet) was a desktop with Windows Vista.
My best friend Tony always had the newer/nicer tech, better computer, phone, tv, console, etc. I learned much from my time spent with him, we used Photoshop and Vegas on his computer, learned how to "find" certain things on the web, such as music, movies, TV software, etc.
Moved to Madison and got my New Laptop that I am currently using. Although its a Fujitsu I must say Ive been thoroughly impressed by it.
Lastly all the things Ive learned in college about computing, and how it works, finished my last computers class last semester and learned some programming.
That is a summarized version of the tech Ive used regularly throughout the years.

Arcattack - Imperial March

Here is the best version of the Imperial March. Sounds even more ominous this way.

So it begins...

This is the snow- squirrel that I built last year. It stood outside my house, greeting all those who visited Taco Johns.
